Soleil Clinic champions personalized beauty through expert skin care.
Our challenge was to translate this high-touch, sophisticated philosophy into a digital brand experience that felt equally considered and confidence-inspiring.
Background
Soleil Clinic was born from a powerful, yet simple, philosophy held by its founders: true beauty is an inner light, and aesthetic medicine is merely a tool to help it shine more brightly. They envisioned a clinic in Bangkok that felt less like a medical facility and more like a sanctuary for self-celebration.
Their target audience was not the trend-chaser, but the design-conscious, sophisticated individual who values substance over spectacle. These clients were seeking more than just procedures; they were looking for a trusted partner to guide them on a personal journey toward confidence. The challenge was that this beautiful idea existed only in the minds of the founders. They needed a brand to give it a form, a voice, and a presence.
To truly understand the heart of Soleil Clinic's future, we had genuine conversations. We sat down with over ten potential clients, right alongside the founders, to uncover the authentic journey of their choices – what truly guides them to a clinic, and what builds that deep, unwavering trust.
We began to draft the the customers' aspirations and values. This approach aligns content with their unique desires, creating compelling stories that resonate deeply and capture their mindset effectively.
After deep talks with Soleil's founders and listening to customers, we discovered Soleil Clinic's heart: beauty from the inside out, sparking real confidence. This simple truth shapes everything we do. Soleil isn't just about treatments; we're selling a feeling of pure radiance, helping you shine your brightest. The name, "Soleil" (meaning sun), perfectly captures this inner glow that's at the core of our brand.
Solution
In a co-design workshop, we collaborated with the founders to translate Soleil's philosophy into a complete brand identity. We defined Soleil's unique elements through a minimal graphic layout, stylish yet sophisticated photos, and warm, simple, and educated messages tailored to our customers.
We use fractal glass to represent the moment people become comfortable standing out. The model who dares to move out of the glass represents customers who feel comfortable after Soleil's treatment for the Key Opening Visual.
To perfectly serve the digital era, we crafted Soleil Clinic a bespoke, high-performance website from scratch. Built with AstroJS and deployed on Cloudflare Workers, this CMS-ready, customizable platform consistently achieves 95+ scores in all performance metrics, guaranteeing a seamless online experience.
